Had been dealing with Ken to organise my nephews 21st key, he was so easy to work with and very accommodating. Customer Service was excellent whether it be face to face, via email and/or text messages. Had ample of time to organise key but they did have a 4 day turnaround which was very good to know. Picked up my nephews key and was very happy with it - Key was exactly how we envisioned. Thank you Ken and team will come here again for future keys :)
