This is my 2nd order with Woodenwares and I can't thank Ken and Monaliza enough. I received a draft of the key first thing in the morning, which left me teary, it looked better than I expected. I asked for a few additional things, draft resent that day and I was able to pick up the key 2 days later so for context, I ordered on a Tuesday night, received the drafts on Wednesday and key was ready to pick up on Friday. Quick, easy, and they 100000% understood the assignment!! Highly recommend - THANK YOU!!!
